摘要：
This paper proposes a personalized intelligent healthcare alarm system to provide advanced disease alarm according to the patient's symptoms. It includes an intelligent health manager and a disease alarms. The intelligent healthcare manager provides a personalized and adaptive intelligent interface for the type of users with different proficiency to interact with the system. It stores the patient's health information by electronic records and evaluates the health situation of each organ to build the personal health model. The disease alarm diagnoses possible diseases from the symptoms and produces alarm information by adopting case-based reasoning and medical ontology. This intelligent system provides alarm information to help the construction of the diagnosis hypothesis for the users. It eliminates the leak in medical treatment and enhances the accuracy of disease diagnosis as well as improves the quality of health alarm.
