In the modem market-based economy conditions, as the major means of the allocation of government resources, the government investment and financing play an important role. First, article give economic analysis to government investment and finance Second, present its present situation and analysis, At last, a suitable investment, construction and operation system of Chinese local government investment and Financing is advised on the reference of developed country experiences.
