摘要：
Based on Gini coefficient and Normal distribution, the relationship between income inequality and economy development was discussed in this paper. First, an assumption was set to approximate the value of Gini coefficient. Then by using this approximated value, the relationship between Poverty line and Absolute Gini cordon is found. It gives a new economic meaning of Gini cordon. Moreover, in order to control Gini coefficient growth rate, two new economic terms, Relative Gini coefficient and Relative Gini cordon, is proposed. In addition, China's economic data is analyzed and some constructive comments were brought up.
