摘要：
Emotion education plays an important role in college students' ideological and political work, which is the basic requirement to realize education objectives, the important method to improve moral characters and the necessary condition to guarantee the psychological health of college students. This paper gives the suggestions of strengthening emotion communication, designing practical activities and conducting psychological counseling to provide references for relevant researchers.
