摘要：

This paper studies the forming of value chain incentive mechanism for shipbuilding industry in China, which promotes the positive of each partner in value chain to create value. The stability of value chain is deeply analyzed and the corresponding criterion formulas and economic explanations are given started with analysis on value and cost. It proposes a view that an incentive mechanism of value distribution depending on value contribution is an effective way to advance the value contribution ability of corporation. An equilibrium strategy of value distribution based on incentive mechanism is obtained by applying Rubinstain's bargaining model.
