摘要
Fusarium head blight (FHB) is still a very serious disease of wheat in China. Marker-assisted selection (MAS) may provide such a technique for dissecting QTL for FHB resistance and stacking different target gene (QTL) in wheat breeding. In this study three SSR makers were applied to MAS for FHB resistance in breeding populations with high efficiency on selection in F-2 and F-3 populations. In addition, markers associated with QTL for wheat sharp eye-spot (SES), gene Pm4 and Pm21 resistant to powdery mildew, and high molecular weight glutin subunit gene Dx5 and Dy10 were also applied in this breeding program.
