摘要：

This paper is about how to deal with trade and environment issues in the coming new round of WTO negotiation. It firstly discusses the necessity to negotiate trade and environment issues in the new round of WTO negotiation. Then, the author brings forward four basic principles that should be followed in trade and environment negotiation.
