摘要
Taking manufacturing enterprises in servitization transformation as research objects, this paper extracted four typical human resources management modes-tactically passive type, tactically active type, strategically passive type and strategically active type and then discussed the relationship between staff competency and enterprise performance under different human resources management modes. SPSS and AMOS were used to conduct factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of questionnaire data, and results showed that: staff competency has a significant positive influence on enterprise financial performance and contextual performance between enterprise and customers; staff competency, enterprise financial performance, contextual performance between enterprise and customers as well as total performance level of the enterprise increase progressively under human resources management modes tactically passive type, tactically active type, strategically passive type and strategically active type.
