摘要：

One of the fundamental aspects of the free movement of persons within the European Union is having access to jobs in any of the member states. This freedom includes the right of a person to move from a member state to another to search for a job or to work in that state, either as a free lancer, or as an employee. From a politico economical point of view, the free movement of people is meant to create a common labor market and to promote a European Unions' citizenship, by eliminating any type of barriers in this field.
