摘要：
Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan Abstract A big project on future computer aided diagnosis (CAD) of medical images named "Intelligent Assistance in Diagnosis of Multi-Dimensional Medical Images" has started in Japan The state of the art of CAD system is quite limited in ability. The objective of this research project is to develop multi-organ, multi-disease CAD system which makes full use of anatomical knowledge on human body and diagnostic knowledge on various kinds of diseases. Details on the future CAD project are presented.
