摘要：
Innovative ability is the core competitiveness of talents, and comprehensive quality is the basic condition of innovative ability. This paper discusses the concept and requirements of training applied talents, constructs the curriculum system of training applied comprehensive quality and innovative ability around the training specifications, and probes into the reform of teaching methods, management system and operation mechanism of training applied talents' comprehensive quality and innovative ability.
