摘要：
The Yellow River water resources problem is one of the critical factors to restrain the river basin social-economic development and result in ecological deterioration. Based on new thinking on modem water resources management, the core for basin water resources management is to harmonize Man and Nature, the objective is to realize the sustainable development of the river basin society, economy and environment. Taking Yellow River characteristics into account, the approaches for the Yellow River water resources management have been studied from flood management, water resources regulation and water quality security points of views.
