摘要
In network era, digital divide is the result under the mutual impact of subjective and objective multi-factors and it will certainly lead to serious digital poverty., For individual and society, digital poverty is more severe than fortune distance which may cause present and potential damage, more important, it is difficult to clear up. China is facing the increasing serious digital divide problem, and digital poverty contradiction caused by the former, it requires Chinese government and society to take appropriate E-governance strategy to bridge and remove them. This study discusses the theoretical question of conception of digital divide, digital poverty and E-governance by induction, and then analyzes the actuality and cause of China digital divide. On the basis of combining the experience of foreign countries and reality of a country, this article presents strategy of E-governance in China and finally carries on specific case analysis.
