摘要
For a long time, resource-based cities in China have made a great contribution to the development of the national economy. However, due to the development path, the vast majority of Chinese resource-based cities have begun to be confronted with a series of problems. Meanwhile, the decline of leading industries in resource-based cities has brought about economic and social problems. In this situation, the study on how to implement industrial restructuring in resource-based cities becomes a very important issue, and it is also the content and purpose of this paper. Upon analyzing the basic situation of Hengyang City, this paper then mainly discussed the city's industrial restructuring. The paper proposes the principles and the best mathematically derived mode of industrial transformation of Hengyang City. Using DEA model, this paper made an analysis on the selection of alternative industries in the industrial transformation process and proposed the significance, suggestions as well as the support system of industrial transformation of it. According to specific problems under study, some questions worth further study in this area were also discussed.
