摘要
Municipal emergency administration system should become an important part of modern municipal administration. The magnification of city disaster is more serious. In this paper, based on maximum coverage model, the improved urban emergency shelter optimization location model is obtained taking minimum total cost as the objective function. The improved model is applied in a real example, and solved by LINGO software. The calculation results show that the improved model has certain feasibility and applicability.
