In recent years, food safety problems frequently occur, which cause serious damage to people's livelihood health and life security, but also damage the image of our country. The concept of "from farm to table" has been advocated in our country, but how to make an effective management fully preventing from food safety problems is still the most important issue for the government, the relevant enterprises and the authorities. HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and allergenic, chemical, and biological hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe, and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level. This paper will explore HACCP importance by comparison with other management system.
