摘要
Aiming at the problems that the methods for effectiveness evaluation of radar emitter signal recognition are messy and the evaluation indexes are confused, a novel method which based on the improved interval TOPSIS for effectiveness evaluation of radar emitter signal recognition is put forward. There are three improved points in the novel method: using the entropy method to build weights, using theoretical extreme value to determine the ideal point and negative ideal point; using interval distance to compute the result, then the effectiveness evaluation of radar emitter signal recognition which based on the improved interval TOPSIS could be got. At last a simulation which used to compare the novel method with interval TOPSIS method is done, and the result from the novel method is more reasonable and intuitionistic.
