摘要
Detection and location of face is an important part in face recognition. In this paper, a method of face detection based on skin color and geometry characteristics in the complex background is presented. Face candidate is detected first with help of skin color information, and then the eyes are located with help of geometry characteristics. This algorithm is proved to be efficient and can be applied in the real-time system.
