摘要
Under the dynamic competition environment, the capability is considered as one of important methods for gaining competition advantage continuously. Service agent enterprises are facing the dual pressure: raising the service level and reducing the service cost. When the pressure is unable to be released through the inside of the enterprise, outsourcing is a better selection. This article designs service agent enterprises capability outsourcing model from the enterprise capability view by the integer programming and the fuzzy set method, then this article carries on an application by an example.
