摘要
Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and phthalic diglycol diacrylate (PDDA) was successfully immobilized on anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode using electric field directed layer-by-layer assembly (EFDLA) synthesis. The materials were characterized by scanning electric microscopy (SEM), transmission electric microscopy (TEM), UV-vis spectroscopy (UV-vis) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). A pair of redox peaks resulted from the redox reaction of HRP were observed with the formal potential of 0.012V (v.s. SCE) In 0.2 mol/L pH=7.0 phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The number of transference electron was 1.05 and the direct electron transfer (eT) constant (k(s)) was 0.59s(-1).
