摘要：
The multinational corporations of Germany and Japan show different characteristics in terms of their technical innovation, international expansion and human resource management. Through comparison and analysis, this paper offers suggestions on the reform and innovation of the management mode of Chinese multinational corporations, such as actively explore the localization business model, execute the self-service welfare policy etc.
