摘要
This work is devoted to the analysis of the effect of grain boundaries on the processes of plastic deformation of a polycrystalline specimen. The direct problem of the process of polycrystal deformation was posed and solved. Neighboring crystallites, boundaries between crystallites, and free boundaries are explicitly taken into account. The crystal plasticity model was used to describe the response of a polycrystalline material. Internal and grain boundary hardening and physically justified description of geometric nonlinearity was introduced in this model. Due to numerical experiments was obtained, that in volumes adjacent to grain boundaries, plastic shifts and lattice rotations are primarily initiated. In these areas stress values are increased due to the most hardening on slip systems.
