摘要
The distribution of iron ions during firing of acid-resistant ceramic materials based on production waste is established using the Mossbauer effect. It is revealed that in samples containing an increased amount of iron oxide (17 - 18%) strength and frost resistance are better than in specimens containing 6 - 7 % Fe2O3. Calculation of the areas of the doublets of the spectrum showed that iron compounds at the surface of the samples studied (where an oxidizing atmosphere predominates) are mainly represented by hematite, and in their central part (reducing atmosphere) by magnetite, and in this case specimen acid resistance is reduced.
