Electric-field-induced bandwidth tuning of ferromagnetic resonance frequency in FeGaB/SiO2/FeCoB/PMN-PT composites

摘要
One of the challenge in electromagnetic shielding lies in-I-linable absorption bandwidth. In this work, we demonstrate that electric-field-induced magneto-elastic anisotropy in FeGaB/SiO2/FeCoB/PMN-PT (011) composites can be used to tune microwave absorption bandwidth in a stable manner at room temperature. The SiO2 as an interlayer results in different magneto-elastic anisotropic field in FeGaB and FeCoB monolayers, which makes it possible to move the ferromagnetic resonance frequencies (f(r)) in opposite directions. The distance between two peaks, f(r(FeCoB))-f(r(FeGaB)), is decreased from 1.5GHz to 0.5 GHz and ultimately mixed into one peak.
