摘要
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST) is the most common gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor. Stomach is the most common site of them comprising 60-70% of all. Prediction of the biologic behavior of GIST is very difficult but some criteria are usefull, even though in some cases they do not correlate to clinical evolution. Here we report two cases predicted as malignant course whose follow-up of 63 and 76 months has proven a benign course.
