REAL-TIME MONITORING METHOD FOR ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF AIR CONDITIONING IN CLEAN PLANT BUILDINGS UNDER ENERGY-SAVING CONSTRAINED ENVIRONMENT

摘要
In the monitoring of air conditioning energy consumption in clean plant buildings, the conventional monitoring method has extra consumption in data processing, which leads to the situation that the monitoring method has abnormal energy consumption monitoring values. In the face of this problem, a real-time monitoring method for air conditioning energy consumption in clean plant buildings under energy-saving constraints is proposed. The energy consumption of each link of the clean plant building air conditioning is used as a reference to determine and calculate the monitoring parameters, design the real-time communication process through fiber optic transmission to realize the real-time transmission of monitoring data, add the functions related to trust authentication before monitoring, and increase the transmission time verification and identity information authentication links, so as to realize the reliable transmission of monitoring data. The experimental results show that the designed real-time monitoring method for air conditioning energy consumption has high data quality, accurate energy consumption monitoring results, and does not require additional processing resources, and the power saving rate is over 50%, with better overall energy saving effect.
