摘要
The comprehensive two-child policy accords with our national conditions, conducive to promote balanced development of population, to improve population development strategy, and to provide all families the opportunities to bear two children. However, women also face unprecedented conflicts between child bearing and career development under the comprehensive two-child policy. This article explores the impact of the comprehensive two-child policy on women from the perspective of women's employment.
