摘要：

Security housing is a kind of welfare goods provided for the medium- and low-income households by the government and price is one of the most important attributes of the security housing, which has great influence on the performance of the housing security policy. on the basis of the analysis to the attribute of security housing, this paper presents the supply and demand analysis of security housing, and the determination of the price of security housing is studied and the price forming process of the security housing are also given.
