摘要
The irregular atomic Ramsey microwave spectra in cesium beam frequency standards pumped by diode laser have been observed and analyzed in this paper. By a computerized method of cosine Fourier transform from experimentally measured data, the irregularities of the atomic microwave Ramsey spectra in two atomic frequency standards have been diagnosed to come from a separated two-peak velocity distribution of the effective atoms. Finally, the corresponding second order Doppler frequency shifts in the three atomic frequency standards were calculated.
