摘要
With the increasing wind farm connected to power system, there is a growing need to study the stochastic power system scheduling (SPSS). This paper proposes a demand response risk based SPSS (DRRbSPSS) framework for quantifying the uncertainty of wind farm from the perspective of economic return and economic risk. In addition, the wake effect is derived by the Jensen model to estimate the wind farm power distribution. Then, an optimization algorithm, evolutionary predator and prey strategy (EPPS) is applied to obtain the optimal trade-off solution. Simulation results based on the modified IEEE 30-bus system prove the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed framework.
