摘要
The Hanjiang River flood is always the serious hazard at the south region of Yellow River in China. In order to furthest reduce the flood losses, it is necessary to study flood control regulation mode in the middle-lower reaches of the Hanjiang River. The flood control regulation mode in the middle-lower reaches of the Hanjiang River includes Yicheng to Shayang reaches and below Shayang reaches. The key technology of the flood control regulation mode in Yicheng to Shayang reaches is how to use domestic dike reasonably, and its regulation principle is to reduce excess flood volume through flood diversion of 14 domestic dikes so that the peak flood of Yicheng and Shayang reaches do not exceed allowed discharge. The problem of flood control regulation mode below Shayang reaches is how to open Dujiatai flood diversion gate according to the Hankou water level.
