摘要
In a dynamically changing environment and in the face of emerging new technologies companies are forced to constantly adapt to new circumstances Employers face a constant challenge to maintain and increase the motivation of their employees. The paper aims to address user involvement that may account for the increase in motivation. Authors investigate the dominant motivators in theories of motivation and human behavior, as well as game mechanics and dynamics, form the perspective of Persuasive Technology, which combines information technology, human-computer interaction (HCI), and human psychology. The paper shows that mechanics and dynamics of gamification may affect motivation.
