摘要
The capacitance of CoS material is greatly enhanced to 790 F g-1 by synthesizing small and solution-dispersible nanocrystals (NCs) in high-boiling-point organic solvent. The results also indicate that the capacitance does not monotonously increase with the decrease of CoS size, but is reduced for ultrasmall NCs due to the resistance from ligand capping. © 2013 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
