摘要：

This work targets to realize a low-cost large-scale vision inspection system for industry applications. To address the major challenge of high cost, a product-oriented Product Service System (PSS) is proposed based on life cycle analysis. Innovative mechanisms such as training with a small dataset, compact network design, inference acceleration and incremental updating are exploited to lower the total cost of the system. A case study is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed PSS. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
