Temperature Effects on Dispersion Tailoring of Slow Light Engineered Photonic Crystal Waveguide

摘要
Slow light dispersion in gallium arsenide based twist induced photonic crystal waveguides is presented and the effect of temperature is studied. A shift in the innermost row is resulting with the increase in group index. It is observed that the slowdown region of light is shifting with temperature.
