摘要
The geological structure of the deep-sea part of the Arctic Ocean and its shelves is considered. Various models of the geological and tectonic history of the Arctic are proposed. Particular attention is paid to the structure of the Alpha-Mendeleev Rise, which emerged with the formation of the volcanic continental passive margin. The history of the water mass, climate, and hydrocarbon potential is described.
