摘要:
Wide temperature range (4<T<400 K) lattice thermal conductivity, kappa(p) of graphene is studied. Explicit contributions from in-plane longitudinal (LA) and transverse (TA) acoustic phonons and out-of-plane flexural (ZA) phonons are taken into account. The phonons are assumed to be scattered by sample boundaries, impurities and other phonons via umklapp process. Numerical results presented show that, at low temperatures, ZA phonon contribution is dominant, whereas at higher temperatures LA phonon becomes important. Good fits with the available thermal conductivity data are obtained. The study brings out relative importance of scattering by the three modes of acoustic phonon modes.
