摘要
This article takes aluminum alloy(2A70)impeller as a high speed Cutting test, chooses the cemented carbide Cutters, the influences of different Cutting on the roughness of blade finished surface was analyzed and investigated. First using orthogonal array for multi-factor analyses the effect of each factor in high-speed milling, then adopting the range analytical method to analyze the trial results, and point Out the primary and secondary influence order of each factor to the surface roughness, and determine the most superior Cutting condition. The experimental results show that best surface roughness can be obtained by selecting the appropriate cutting parameters for the aluminum alloy impeller vane. The experimental results also show that there is a definite significance to guide how to choose milling parameters for curved face's high speeding machining.
