摘要：
In China the construction enterprises have to face lots of legal risks because of the difference between the construction industry and the other industries. It is essential to study the legal risks of construction enterprises. The paper summarizes the research findings about the legal risks of construction enterprises based on the literatures. These findings can be classified two types. One type is about setting up the system of precaution against the legal risk. The other is about the resource of legal risk in construction enterprises.
