摘要
The implementation of virtual inventory reduces the costs of supply chain's enterprises, increases the capital utilization, as well as enhances the enterprise's competitiveness, meanwhile, it reduces the flexibility of supply chain, and disposes the supply chain's enterprises under all kinds of risks. The risks lies within the supply chains can be eluded by construction of supply chain topology structure and design of transportation paths. The supply chains network model was constructed based on graph theory, and was computed the optimal transportation path using Spreadsheet. It is more visualize that modeling on graph theory than modeling on operational research, and it is easier that solving by Spreadsheet than solving by labeling. So the integration of the former two techniques is easy and effective for enterprises to control supply chains risks.
