摘要：

Breakthrough of quantitative reliability theory of mechanical system has not been achieved. Reliability computing method and qualitative discriminating criterion in respect to the system relevance are presented, and the simplified method of a given error of complex system reliability is also presented by analyzing the existing questions with theory. It is of important theoretical significance to the reliability design and of a universal guiding significance to the computing.
