摘要
In the current business management, knowledge is a phenomenon often associated with the possibility of creating a competitive advantage. One possible reason is the increasing frequency of changes in the vicinity of the company, and also increases the competitive pressure, which is expressed as decreasing of development cycle of new products. Responding to these changes is possible only when an adequate amount of knowledge about the nature of the decision-making problems. To maintain an adequate amount of this knowledge can serve the proposed model of transformation of data into knowledge, which focuses on two areas: a) the derived transfer function between input data and output of knowledge (Inferential mechanism), b) proposed control for information flow to the company.
