摘要
Neurodegenerative diseases include Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and so on. In this paper we proposed an algorithm based on convolutional neural network and long short-term memory network for diagnosis and classification of neurodegenerative diseases using the plantar pressure information. The algorithm has the ability of feature extraction and handling the information of temporal relevance of the input data. In the PhysioNet gait dynamics data set of neurodegenerative diseases, our proposed method achieved 99.50% accuracy, which is higher than other competing methods.
