摘要
Virtual enterprise (VE), as one of the most important and novel organization paradigms in global manufacturing, is increasingly being focused. With further research of VE and the unceasing process of IT, VE has been put into use. But in the use process, how agent in alliance and agent in member negotiate effectively and how agent in alliance makes response rapidly have been the bottleneck of VE. The present theory and methods of negotiation can not meet the need. New research should be made into the depth of theory with emphasis on practicality and applicability. With analysis of the MAS - based model of VE and description of the operation process of VE, this paper describes the features of negotiation mechanism on the basis of the negotiation framework in VE. Bayesian is introduced into the negotiation strategy in VE with improvement on the negotiation algorithm of Bayesian self - studying.
