摘要
The article describes the characteristics of smart contracts as prospects for the development of transactions in the conditions of information technology development. It is established that a smart contract can be considered from two positions: legal (as a transaction) and technical (as a computer program). Smart contracts allow you to store medical records and patient information in a digital book. Blockchain Health Benefits and Smart Contract Characteristics are analyzed. Listed are the obvious problems that arise in today's healthcare infrastructure. The conclusion is made about the prospect of using symbiosis of blockchain and smart contract. A study has been conducted on the benefits of blockchain-based health care.
