A Study of China-Japan-Korea FTA Trade Creating Effect Based on Gravity Model

China, Japan and South Korea have significant economic complementarities. China, Japan and South Korea concluded the FTA will be the birth of the world's third-largest economy entity after the European Union and the North American Free Trade Agreement. China-Japan-Korea FTA can promote the prosperity of the region and the growth of the world economy, and its economic effect is remarkable. This paper will use Gravity Model to analyze the trade creating effect of the establishment of the China-Japan-Korea FTA. The author analyzed the obstacles to promote China-Japan-Korea ETA and propose effective countermeasures.
