An Investigation and Solutions on the Sports for All Service System in Guizhou Minority Areas of China

The essay makes a questionnaire on the residents in Guizhou minority areas to largely find out their reflection on the actuality and the reform of the Sports For All service system. The investigation targets the content and the operating process of the system. Supported by clear statistics, it also illustrates the achievements but also the deficiency, on which reasonable suggestions are put forward in order to promote its reform and development. The main method is demonstration, assisted by document, interviews and statistics, etc. Sport for all Project plays an important role in PE programme, concerning with physical quality, health and life quality of the citizens. It is also part of civilization, science and healthy lifestyle. The 16th Congress of the Party has explicitly stressed the importance of the nationwide physical fitness and by the end of 2010, a multi-purpose sports system should have been set up. So the service system of the minority areas has also become a hot issue nowadays. 38.7% of the population of Guizhou are minorities.
