摘要：

Candidate recruitment system, a global business associates management system is a global application that takes care of various Business Processes like resource selection, employee selections with regard to company's requirements, contract management with Business Associate Vendors. The Paper is a review on Recruitment system which can be developed using a new idea of two-way binding with Angularjs. It gives the comparison of how Angularjs is comfortable than jsf(java server faces), jQuery,java, php etc.The paper will describe how modified versions of Angularjs are being familiar now a day in many organizations.
