摘要
Firstly, the effects of macro-control on real estate market having been implemented during the past years are evaluated and the reasons of inconspicuous effects are analyzed, and then, the judgment of "Urban idle land disposal is an efficient measure of macro-control on real estate market" is brought forward. Secondly, the actualities, causes and infaust influences of urban idle land are expatiated. In the end, compared with the previous macro-control policies, the validities and advantages of implementing macro-control on real estate market by disposing of urban idle land are analyzed deeply.
