摘要
Hydrogen sulfide (H,)S) absorbed by the Metal-Ferrite sorbent in a fixed bed reactor was conducted in this study. The Metal-Ferrite powders were prepared by the Ferrite process for the heavy metal wastewater treatment. The sorbents were characterized by TG-DTG, XRD, porosity analysis, and TCLP test. The results show that the main distinct weight loss is found at the temperature around 240 degrees C, 450 degrees C, 625 degrees C and 825 degrees C, the FeS, ZnS, and MnS peaks are observed the crystal phase on the sulfided sorbent, and the chromium extraction of the CFR6 can fit the standard of Taiwan EPA. In addition, various concentrations of H-2 and CO were also conducted in the present work. By increasing the H-2 concentration, the sulfur capacity of the sorbent decreases and an adverse result is observed in the case of increasing CO concentration. This can be explained via water shift reaction.
